Processing and shipping may take no more than three (3) business days from the day the order is placed. Tracking information will be shared once order ships. If something should change to effect this shipping policy, you will be contacted via email/text with an update on your order status.

We pride ourselves on delivering excellent quality and want you to be 100% satisfied with our products. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept refunds/exchanges. If there is an issue with your product, please contact us and we will work on a solution.
PRODUCT SHELF LIFE
Our products are preservative free and 100% natural. Optimal quality within 6 months of receipt.
PRODUCT INTEGRITY
Because they are preservative free, our body butters are subject to melting. It is suggested that products be stored in a cool, dark place.
In the event that your body butter does melt or become soft, the quality of the product will remain the same. You can store it in the refrigerator until it cools. The whipped texture may change but it will work just the same.
SAMPLE PRODUCTS
From time to time we may include samples of new scents and new products we are developing before they are actually added to the site. Although it is not required, your feedback is always appreciated.
